This Consulting Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Beusail Academy, hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant," and ___________________ hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

 

1. Scope of Services: Enterprise Growth Structure

1.1 The Consultant agrees to provide consulting services as outlined in the program overview, or as mutually agreed upon by both Parties (the "Services"). The Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 1-on-1 Strategy Sessions (Foundations)

• 3 x 90-day execution plans (built in Monday.com)

• 9-month virtual group sessions (total 36)

• Access to Beusail Academy’s Learning Management System including training, modules and sessions.

• Additional consulting services and/or retainers (in addition to the program): The Parties shall work together to establish a detailed scope of work, including timelines and deliverables, which must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties before commencement (POA).

 

Time Commitment

The minimum requirement for your head of marketing is 1-2 hours per week plus execution. Support for execution can be provided from Concertina. All sessions are virtual, in real-time (not pre-recorded) and are recorded in-case you can’t make it. Founders are also encouraged to attend. It is your marketing person’s responsibility to attend sessions and complete the execution items as outlined in their 90-day plan.
 

Program Outline

Weekly group sessions are conducted by our High-level CTOs and CMOs, designed to be collaborative and strictly confidential. Brainstorm your digital marketing, get your questions answered, learn what’s working for other mentees, provide updates on your progress, and share intel, advice on best practices. These are designed to ensure you are on-track with your goals. 

 

Our program sticks to the following monthly agenda across the entire 9-month program:

Week 1 = Campaigns (Group Session #1): Execution & Accountability Workshop

Week 2 = PPC (Group Session #2): Execution & Accountability Workshop

Week 3 = Social (Group Session #2): Execution & Accountability Workshop

Week 4 = Special Guest

Join a live session with our special guest from our extended network who are online industry leaders. Gain insight into online success stories, tools, and expert knowledge.

 

Who should join

Our program evolved organically through the frustrations founder/CEOs were having with agencies, lack of in-house capability and poor strategy, planning and ROI. 

 

This program is designed for established brands or founders. 

The requirements to apply include:

• Revenue $5M to $100M 

  Will consider seasoned entrepreneurs looking to start or scale a new venture

• B2B, DTC and SaaS.

• Willingness to work towards being a Net Positive: company We are committed to profit and purpose. Part of the program will be helping businesses be more purposeful. 

The Enterprise Growth Structure includes 2 people, the Founder / CEO plus 1 in-house champion. Your champion will complete the program, join weekly group sessions, complete recommended digital marketing training, and execute on the strategy. 

Additional seats for larger teams are available at an additional cost of $3995p/p.

 

Investment:

The cost for the entire 9-month program is $18,210USD. This includes access to our Learning Management System with SOPs, Digital Marketing Certified Training (12 modules), access to our Slack channel for support between sessions, and our private community.

 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Beusail Academy Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

Beusail Groups Australia Pty Ltd (“Beusail Academy”) can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training and mentoring. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. 

 

Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. 3. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Service Based and Coaching/Mentoring Programs 

All serviced based and coaching/mentoring programs (Enterprise Growth Structure - EGS) are non-refundable. If you are not aware of the value of these programs in advance of making an investment, our team is happy to answer any questions or explain any pieces of the offering. Therefore, you should NOT invest in the service or program if you think you might want to refund it. Once you have received the information you cannot give it back or “unsee” it. You will have received access to our valuable intellectual property and materials and therefore THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

4. Terms of Subscription Renewal

Yearly Beusail Academy Subscribers (e.g. Alumni members) will be notified via email prior to renewal and the yearly subscription will automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Cancellations section of this contract.

5. Beusail Academy Online Digital Marketing Training

You have 9-month from the date of the original purchase to review the training and preview the Digital Marketer course. Program includes 1 certification per company. No additional seats will be processed after the final exam has been started. Additional seats are available for purchase for $3990USD.

6. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Beusail Academy Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Beusail Academy may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

 

6.1 Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Beusail Academy training, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. 

 

Some Beusail Academy training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Beusail Academy shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

 

Beusail Academy reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

7.  Social Media Groups and Communities

Business owners of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.

We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

 

Keep it respectful. Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.

 

No pitching to the group. We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities.

 

Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.

 

No gated content. Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.

 

Respect confidentiality. Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.

 

Keep it on topic. We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.

 

Partnering with other members. Access to this group does not mean that Beusail Academy endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. If you are looking for help implementing the stuff that Beusail Academy teaches, we do have a list of (vetted) partners through our Certified Partner program.

Report posts that are breaking group policies. 

​

Due to the large amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything.  If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manger directly via private message so our team can review them.

 

Breaking the rules. Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.​

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Beusail Academy, including but not limited to Beusail Academy Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Beusail Academy Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Beusail Academy and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Beusail Academy Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Beusail Academy Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Beusail Academy. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Beusail Academy Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Beusail Academy brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Beusail Academy and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Beusail Academy products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Beusail Academy brand at any time without notice. In no event will Beusail Academy be liable for making these changes. Beusail Academy may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Beusail Academy services, in any case and without notice or liability.

 

All copyrights in and to Beusail Groups Australia Pty Ltd (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Beusail Academy and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity.

THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF BEUSAIL GROUPS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, EXCEPT FOR USE OF BEUSAIL GROUPS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD  AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Beusail Academy, the Beusail Academy logo, other Beusail Academy trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Beusail Groups Australia Pty Ltd are trademarks or registered trademarks of Beusail Holdings Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Beusail Academy Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
